A sidebar instead of a notebook to manage tabs, with internal reordering, drag and drop between different epiphany windows and text url drag and drop. See screenshot.
The close button currently sucks but I'm not yet sure about where I should put it, if you've got a better idea...

- Fixed randomly misassigned titles when you had a page title with markup.
- Updated contact e-mail.

- Added a right click menu when not over the rows to select the sidebar side.
- Saved sidebar width is now read from the last focused window.

- Added right click menu replicated from tabs (extensions adding entries to tab menus will work).

- Now it gives you back your tabs when unloading.
Currently incompatible with the sidebar extension.
